MMC Policies
Meraki Mama Collective has a strict no refund policy. If you purchase a class, workshop, or product, and change your mind, you will not receive a refund to your bank account/card. Instead, if cancelled within the cancellation window, you will receive a credit back to your account to use again.
Cancellations: We allow cancellations of services with credit given to account up until two hours prior to the class or event, or 24 hours prior to private session. If the service is cancelled within the two hour window prior to the class/event, you will forfeit your pass with no credit given back to your account.
Please bring your own yoga mat to classes, we will provide the rest of the props.
We serve a vulnerable population so please DO NOT come to class if you are sick.
All membership packages require the full amount of monthly auto payments as described in the package. Please read the description and the contract thoroughly prior to purchasing a membership.
Memberships may be put on hold for up to one month during/after birth. Please email us at info@merakimamacollective.com to inform us that you need to pause your membership.
All membership passes may be used at all locations for all class types.
Non-crawling babies are more than welcomed in all classes, both prenatal and postpartum.
Deposits placed for doula services are non refundable. Deposits hold your space on the doula’s calendar, and she will turn down other opportunities to hold your spot. No refunds will be offered under any circumstance on deposits.
