what to expect
Preparation:
Before every session, I spend 20 minutes in meditation preparing for our time together. I connect with and consult with your energy, guides, and channel messages that are coming through for you. Topics that are commonly explored include purpose, big decisions, relationships, finances, career, health, and spirituality.
The Journey:
I’ll open our session with a prayer of intention to ground and protect our space. I will pull a 4 card spread from the Goddess Oracle Deck to go deeper into the situation you’re needing clarity on. The spread gives clarity on the light and shadow of the situation, action you’re being guided to take, and feelings to embrace. I’ll then share what came up in my meditation, sharing all the messages and guidance Spirit has for you. The conversation is co-created and you’re encouraged to ask questions along the way.
The Outcome:
You’ll leave the session lighter, with more awareness and a better understanding of where you are currently, how you got here, and what steps you can take to get to where you want to be. I often share additional resources (books, podcasts, teachers) that might help you in your journey. You’ll feel unstuck, more grounded, and infinitely supported…because you are.
